In accordance with Article 9 of ANPD Resolution No. 18, VidyAccess appoints Rafaeli Lemos de Souza, contactable via dpo@vidyaccess.com, as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for the processing of personal data, with the following duties:
- Receiving complaints and communications from data subjects, providing clarifications, and taking appropriate measures;
- Advising employees and contractors of the data controller on best practices regarding the protection of personal data;
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the data controller or established in supplementary regulations;
- Receiving communications from the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority) and taking appropriate action;
- Providing assistance and guidance to the data controller in the preparation of documentation.
